Honest Effort Vs Best Effort

Are these synonyms or Complimentary or Supplementary....
Always I crib, always I ask , always I retrospect....
"Was there best effort..its almost everyday's story...
I plan I dispose , procrastinate and blame somebody/something/situation or if no body then to myself ...
Daily the question comes Did I put my best effort ? Answer is negative as always ...
But Today it suddenly came from inside....
One should put honest efforts...
What does that mean....
Isn't best effort is honest effort??
I guess they may be best or not but they may be satisfying, I hope.....
Honest effort in yopur day to day job, honest effort in your relationship, honest effort in feeling happy...or making someone happy....
These cant be compared In my opinion...
As Honesty would be absolute for oneself ....I guess and hope so.....

Urge for appreciation - how many don't have??

Is it a selfish behaviour....
Why do we seek for feedback (mostly for positive in our minds) for our so called good acts..
It is there everywhere in each task in every thought in every feeling ....we want "atleast" appreciation(or acknowledgement in agreement or praising) in some manner or other we want feedback....
